Auto focus is a cruel mistress.
If I would have thought of it I would have used manual focus set on infinity, and maybe underexposed by 1/3 to 2/3 a stop.
(I recently tried to take a pictuer of myself. Put up the tripod set the timer. They were all out of focus.
After a night of sleeping on it I came up with the manual focus. I obviously did not think of it at the time.
ok, I cannot spell even with a built in spell checker!
