Wow! I haven't seen that one before, though I drive past Le Central every day. What a great way to disguise all the ugly utility hardware.
It *is* cool.
That's the same wall the Third Eye painting was on. I never noticed that they changed up the paintings on it until we were walking past there a few weeks ago. For all I know, they change it every few weeks. I should know, since I drive past there every few weeks (hubby works in the area).
